The district has partnered with InTouch Online Payment Portal for parents/guardians to pay for student fees, make donations, or purchase other items using credit or debit cards. Through InTouch, you can view account activity and print reports showing student payment history. 

This program is integrated into PowerSchool for a seamless and convenient experience to the information you need using a single sign-on. All you will need to access the InTouch Online Payment Portal is a PowerSchool user login.

Student Activity and All Sport passes are available via Ottumwa Activities GoBound. 

Fee Assessment and Invoicing Schedules

  • Annual Fee Assessment: After September 30, 2026, all annual fees will be assessed and available to view using the link in PowerSchool (following the directions below).
  • Quarterly Invoices: Student invoices will be sent to parents/guardians at the end of each quarter.
If you have any questions regarding your student's fees, please reach out to your building secretary.

Purchases and Payments System Instructions
PowerSchool Purchases and Payments
Below you will find directions on how to access your students' invoices in our student fee management system, TouchBase. This will allow you to view any past and present charges on your student's account. If you have any questions, please reach out to your building secretary.  

Parents/Guardians
You will need a PowerSchool Parent Portal account to access TouchBase. If you don’t have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please call your school office to get an account set up. 

Please sign in to PowerSchool to access TouchBase. The steps below can only be done using an internet browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Android browser, etc. (computer, tablet) and CANNOT be done using the PowerSchool Mobile App.

  1.  Sign in to PowerSchool.
  2. Once signed in, click the icon in the left panel labeled Purchases and Payments (see image on left).

You will immediately be taken to TouchBase without having to sign in...

Please note that, in addition to paying online, credit card payments are now accepted at each school building.
