Prime Time Youth Care Accepts Childcare Assistance
PTYC
The Ottumwa School District’s Prime Time Youth Care (PTYC) program, which serves PK through 5th grades, accepts Childcare Assistance payments through the Department of Human Services. The Centralized Child Care Assistance (CCA) Eligibility Unit determines initial and ongoing eligibility for child care assistance. This includes processing new applications, reviews, and changes reported by families receiving childcare assistance. Contact: DHS CCA Eligibility, Human Services River Place Office, 2309 Euclid Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50310; Phone: 886-448-4605 (toll free); Fax: 515-564-4032.

To apply online for childcare assistance, families can visit the Iowa Health & Human Services website at https://hhs.iowa.gov/. Additionally, payments can be accepted through Promise Jobs.

If you have further questions about financial assistance for PTYC, please contact Becky Eaton, Prime Time Youth Care Service Coordinator at becky.eaton@ottumwaschools.com.
